This is when you notice what you do, but you do not judge yourself. In passive awareness you do not berate yourself or tell yourself off, you simply notice your ‘faults’ and remain open and loving towards yourself. This way you will stay flexible and open and can start to look at your reasons for staying stuck. Now go back through the questions in part 2 – and this time turn all your reasons into questions. If your problems become questions – It is then possible to find creative solutions.
