Course description:

Can you commit to 2 hours a week to change your emotional eating?
This six week mini online course on zoom with Bay guides you through the aspects of emotional eating to discover your triggers and what to do about them.
The course includes:
  • 6 group sessions on a Sunday
  • 2 individual sessions with Bay
  • Experiential and reflective activities
  • Visualisations and meditations
  • Weekly activities to do in your own time
This is the first time we running this course with a small group at a beta price – hop on now and change your eating by the end of 2020!

This course takes you on a deep journey within to discover why you emotionally eat and what you can do to change this. It will empower you with the knowledge and understanding you need to change and equip you with ideas and strategies to cope with emotional eating in difficult times.

What a group evening looks like:

Each week we will arrive on zoom as a group and check in and share our stories for the week – our successes and feelings when things went wrong with Bay’s tips and help. Bay will then present a different psychological aspect of emotional eating each week. We will then do a visualisation or reflective practice to help with experiential understanding and share our experiences. Each week you will be working on your own reflective journal with activities during the week to deepen your understanding.

Individual sessions with Bay help to identify your own individual emotional eating and integrate the healing work into your life. These are booked individually – 2 included in the course package. Extra sessions can be booked at £75 per hour and £40 for 30 mins  if required.

Week one: Starting out with out judgement – how self care helps combat your emotional eating.

Week two: Looking back to move forward – how your past (including childhood) affects your emotional eating now.

Week three: Understanding what you need instead of food in that vital moment.

Week four: Why eating to feel better doesn’t work and what to do about it.

Week five: How psychological stress triggers you to eat and stops you knowing when you are full.

Week six: When and how to say ‘no’ to food and developing good boundaries.

Payment – £475 (for the beta course only) – this includes the 6 x 2 hour group sessions and 2 x individual sessions with Bay to identify your emotional eating
